Challenge
Physical waiting lines create crowding and uncertainty, while small service teams often lack an affordable way to issue tickets and communicate progress.
Approach
Built a mobile-friendly React application with Firestore-backed queues, QR join links, customer ticket and status views, operator controls, real-time public display screens and WhatsApp link fallbacks.
Delivered
A working prototype covering the complete queue journey—from setup and QR entry to live status, calling the next customer and marking service complete.
